You could say he's Beatle-influenced. You could say he's old-fashioned. None of this is completely true. You SHOULD say his songwriting is superb. Putting great melodies along with great musicianship, that is basically what the other great artists of today do. Why not give a listen to Chris Singleton's album, Twisted City.
